is non-duality dead?
Hmm... well since it was never born it can never die.
'It' was/is/will never 'be' - life doesn't noun although humans appear to!
Words appear to be 'pockets of power'. We make them into things.
MEANING: starts with 'me' and are the same three letters as 'MEAsure'. Then becomes something ungenerous and tight: MEAN-ing. Trying to fix what cannot be fixed.
SPELL-BINDING? Slightly more generous and fluid, but tied to words.
ENCHANTING? Even more so, and enjoys the freedom of sounding...
Verbing, mainly, happens here - 'though that's neither here nor there.
'Lizzie-ing' seems to involve penning, speaking, dancing and gardening 'like this'.
Yes, 'it' - Life or Love Verbing - appears magical and synchronous.
And this includes Love in hideous disguises to which - notice or not - loving responding happens, seemingly to the degree of outrageous trusting of the unknowable is entertained.
It's impossible to 'do' this trusting self-consciously. But trying and not trying is also, always, Love in action 'too'.
Everything is already non-dual, 'despite' - although there's no despite-ing about it - and 'including' appearances. 'They' are inseparable yet distinguished. The ultimate paradox.
Here's a confounding round which gently mocks attempts to define 'nothing and everything' into a 'thing' called non-duality:
OLD ROUND originally entitled MEANINGLESS WORDS
Everything is dual.
Nothing is non-dual.
But nothing appears as everything.
So what is dual is really non-dual,
Which means that what is dual can't be dual...
Everything is non-dual.
Nothing is dual.
But everything appears to be nothing,
So what's non-dual is really dual,
Which means what is non-dual can't be non-dual...
