Bear Blogging - Answered Questions!
Following on from my 'unanswered questions' post, questions have been asked and answered.
Founder Herman, and Robert Birming, both sent swift, charming and illuminating replies. The pith is:
Of the six figure number of accounts, 'the majority are inactive'... Inactive? Blogging less than one a month or two... That's a lot of bloggers active and inactive! Curious on the 'inactive' majority. Am surmising they are having a hiatus or abandoned or replaced their blogs without deleting the old one? Now I'm wondering about how that lines up with the number of those who simply read here!
Do bear bloggers get together IRL? Not formally, but yes, and some meet regularly in Brazil. And I suspect I'll meet a bear or two one day (I'm mighty close to Stonehenge which has most UK visitors heading this way).
I'm posting as an update, but also because I was prompted by meeting the members of a writing group I hosted (passed the baton on yesterday) and the difficulty in getting a writing discipline was discussed.
Shared how Derek Sivers' suggestion of writing your book post by post on bear seeded the other blog I have here /legs.
It's not a daily practice or habit, but it is becoming HABITUAL.
And here, too, sharing what from morning journaling might be worth sharing. I like the 'nice to wear (or bear) three times a week' feeling about this blog.
And seeing this 'habit' hasn't been worn for a few days, here we are.
There's a lot more waiting to be shared about the shape and 'best' way to wear habit. [Theme for at least the next two posts!]
